À chegada ao hotel foi-me dito que não encontravam a reserva feita por Hoteis.com. Reencaminhei a confirmação que me fora enviada e mesmo assim, nada. Tinham um quarto e por isso pude lá ficar mas sem considerarem a reserva. No check-out voltei a colocar o problema e repetiram-me que não encontraram a reserva.

Hotel is NOT in Porto!!!
This hotel showed up while searching for rooms in Porto. It is no where near Porto - in fact it's a 60 euro taxi ride away in a small town with not much happening. Hotel was mostly empty
