Positives:
The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds offered comfort, and the breakfast area was pleasant.
Negatives:
The hotel required renovation, and the corridor wall leading to the breakfast room was unfinished. The wall-mounted TV stuck out, obstructing the walkway. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and it was unavailable even when requested at reception. The lift and was very small and did not reach the top floor.
In summary, we were disappointed and unlikely to choose this hotel again.

The Alessandra is very close to all the sights. The staff was very friendly. It’s located in an very old building, so you need to be able to walk 2 flights of stairs and then there is a tiny elevator that takes you to the hotel level. The breakfast was really nice and some items varied day to day(the savory item and desserts) otherwise there was proscuitto, cheese, musli, yogurt, croissants and a great coffee machine with all possible options!
