This hotel was closed down. The website let me book and it’s $1100 for a night and it was a ghost town. Thanks for nothing and a major inconvenience. Also the website doesn’t say anything about it being closed. Horrible Mgmt!

Vivió tiempos mejores hace mucho

He quedado impresionado, pero para mal. El hotel se supone que es un cuatro estrellas, y el precio desde luego lo es, pero lo que me he encontrado está muy lejos de eso. Ejemplos: la sábana de la cama era demasiado pequeña, y no daba para cubrirnos a los dos; El agua caliente de la ducha no era constante, y de repente salía fría; y en el bidé el agua fría no funcionaba, por lo que no se podía usar; las tumbonas de la piscina estaban viejas y desgastadas, muy desgastadas; y en general todo era viejo y gastado. Cogimos el desayuno, y de nuevo era algo mediocre (salvo el café, de Nespresso). Solo había una camarera que, naturalmente, estaba desbordada. Quizás hace 30 o 40 años fue un cuatro estrellas, pero hoy en día está muy lejos. Si crees que vas a un tres estrellas, no te decepcionará tanto.

For a hotel of this stand at it was really disappointing to have a cold room. Yes there was heating but it was incapable of getting the room up to temperature. Being on all night and the room was barely up to temperature.

Aceptable, sin más. No le corresponden 4 estrellas, más bien es un 3 estrellas. La limpieza es regularcilla, no apto para escrupulosos. Como aspectos positivos el parking, la piscina y la amabilidad de la chica de los desayunos. Para desayunar hay que tomárselo con calma. Tienen a una sola empleada para atender todo y va mesa a mesa por el COVID. Y aunque se maneja que da gusto, es mucho para ella sola y se tarda un montón en desayunar (te desesperas esperando). Para dormir una noche, puede pasar. Para más no lo recomiendo.

Hôtel au calme à quelques kilomètres de Viveiro. Chambre spacieuse et bon couchage. Excellente restauration et personnel accueillant. Pas de problème pour le stationnement.

Fantastic hotel - great cleanliness, large family room, play area on second floor basic but effective kept our kids entertained for hours. Decor reminded me of the shinning but in a good way. Massive portions of very good value for evening menu del dia. Breakfast best have had in any hotel for long time with fresh orange juice and freshly made Spanish omelette and great selection of food. Staff very out of their way friendly, nice touch giving kids chocolate when we arrived. Pool outside great for hot day but not so when cool as not heated. Little playground for kids very good. Catholic Church in front nice touch bells in morning. Would def stay again.
