We had a couple of blips with the housekeeping staff, our room was not cleaned one day and we had no water in the room another day. On the plus side the reception staff went above and beyond to recommend tours and answer our questions. Breakfast had good choices, something for everybody.

The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. Infante Sagres
Location was excellent. Walkable to all key sites. Staff very friendly. We are in the restaurant twice once for dinner - has beef tenderloin which was extremely tasty. Had lunch one day as well. Large room and lovely public areas.
