"An amazing place to stay! The view of the ocean with pico island is amazing! The owner and housekeeper were both super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They brought fresh eggs, fruits from their property, and home made jams every morning! It was nice to have the communal area to meet people (although not too many people in the off season.) For those curious, laundry service costs EUR 10. But they wash, dry, and fold your laundry. Much cheaper than a hotel."

"We had an amazing honeymoon here thanks to the staff, and others staying at the property at the same time. There are not a lot of walkable things around so the hotel has a few food items for purchase. This let us have dinner while we were stuck inside during a storm! We loved it here and will be back!"

"This house exceeded our expectations in every regard. It is superbly situated, overlooking the town and the sea. It has all the faculties that you could need inside and it also has a very pleasant, shaded, outside space. It is only five minutes walk into the town, where there are a number of bars and cafes and a very good little shop. João kindly gave us a tour of the immediate area when we arrived, this turned out to very useful in finding our way around later on."

"Karen and Steffen are exceptional hosts and warmly welcomed us to our well-appointed lodging at Quinta Perpetua. We had everything we needed for a self-catering vacation, including a detailed guide to touring Graciosa. The property is so beautiful, and our house had a private porch that looked out onto the well-kept garden. The location is ideal - right down the road from a trail to the Caldeira and a few minutes from shopping and cafes. We felt right at home immediately and will be back!"

"The view from the apartment on the sea and on Velas was excellent. It felt private and very spacious. Lots of light due to the bigmouth window ms and balcony for the evenings. The staff was very accommodating. "

"I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was!! Not only was the property unique but communication with João was consistent and clear and very helpful. The fresh bread delivery every morning was amazing as was the dinner they was waiting for me due to my later arrival. I would definitely stay here again!! Lots of parking and close to all amenities. "The place is really lovely and very clean. There is a great view of Pico, and we loved looking out at the lights of Pico from the porch at night. Rita was very responsive to any issues we had. The wifi was really weak, even after Rita provided a new router. Visitors should download tv shows or movies in advance if they want to watch anything during their stay. We loved coming home to this house at the end of the day!!!"
