"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it."

C'è tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno e grazie alle persiane l'interno è bello e fresco. Lo spazioso balcone sul retro offre una fantastica vista sul lago di Bracciano. Lago di Bracciano. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile e chiaramente ama il suo bellissimo cottage! Dalla casa (in collina) si arriva in pochi minuti a Trevignano, dove c'è una bella spiaggia pubblica...
