"I was not expecting such a small room for the price paid. The shower was disgusting and walls and ceiling were paper thin. I heard everything from every other room almost to the point like they were in my room. Parking lot was always full and I had to request accommodations every single time I returned. Very old furniture and didn’t feel clean. Mini refrigerator had a leak which caused a puddle and that was very inconvenient to have to constantly keep a towel to soak up the water. The room card had to be activated constantly which was another inconvenience and at times front desk was closed so you would have to call for an attendant. Never booking again after this experience."

"We booked in January and it for late May to accompany our daughter during Prom Weekend. We booked the VIP room with 2 Queen sized beds- shower and jacuzzi. It was overlooking the boardwalk and beach on the top floor- and spacious. That is what I expected. First they put us in the wrong room- one below with only one bed. When I went to the office to ask why they said they gave it to someone else. No explanation. After I showed them my receipt for the room I paid for with the details- they put us in another room with two beds. It was cramped, overlooking the pool, and there was definitely a price difference. I did not get the room I paid for. I was not compensated for the price difference. Consequently I knew the people who had gotten the room- they booked it 2 days AFTER I had after I told them that is where I was staying. Overall the location on the boardwalk was what I wanted- but I am disappointed in how they gave the room away and didn't offer to refund me the difference between the rooms. The positives were the free parking a block away, and the location on the boardwalk was great. The pool looked great but it was 64 degrees out and too cold to swim."

"so the hotel is kind of old and there were ants within our bedroom. However, the toilet bowl, the sink and the floor in the shower were very clean, which I was happy with. It does need some updating though. The towels did not smell very clean. they smelled like they were stored where there was food, cooking or something. The guy at the front desk was very helpful very kind and accommodating."
