We stayed in the first room for half a day but it was warm. We were moved promptly after telling them it was warm and the AC could no longer make it colder. "The room was very nice and clean. They offer a shuttle to the airport which makes it a very convenient to stay there. They offer room service for food or you can go to the restaurant in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Was amaze on there staff until dine in on there restaurant only customer and did not return my ID they wait till i was looking for it crazy checking out same day and told me it wont get lost. The fact i was panicking looking for my ID "

"Location of the resort is very good. Rooms are spacious, but need maintenance. Main pool, next to our room, was closed, till March 31, for maintenace. This means construction noise during the day till 10pm. We got a different room but this one was in a main corridor which means high public traffic and a lot of noise. Also this room has an internal door to the next room. Altough this door was closed the sound insulation was not present and we could hear every word or neighbors said. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. "
