Was ok to spend a night !

Clean room. Lovely helpful reception staff. Lovely grounds and amenities. Steam room temperature needs fixing either no steam or excessive. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing for the fresh cooked food. Eggs benedict, cold, no garnish, watery hollandaise and grey packet sliced ham. Continental buffet bar is good. We would stay again but not order breakfast.

Only small criticism was the room was too hot & even with the window open it was sub-tropical but I am sure this was just a blip & would thoroughly endorse this hotel.

What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful.
