  • Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom condo in Virginia Beach. The space features a queen bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy a wonderful bathroom with a bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Guests can also take advantage of the fitness room to keep up with their workouts. This delightful spot offers a fantastic blend of comfort and convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Virginia Beach has to offer.

    This property in oceanfront with a six foot deep balcony.
    Unit includes a kitchen with combo convection/ microwave oven, refrigerator, smooth surface cooktop, and basic appliances. Kitchen is stocked with service for four.Exclusive to this listing, I provide use of bicycles and beach chairs with advanced arrangement.

    Guests may also join me as a guest for admission to the Virginia Zoo or Virginia Aquarium for up to four with advanced arrangement.

    Guest enjoy use of the swimming pool and hot tub on the sixth floor, free use of laundry facilities, and free parking for one car.

    Pictures of units are representative. All units feature the same sleeping accommodations and types of appliances. Decor may vary.

    No smoking. No parties. At least one guest checking in must be 21 or over with an official ID.

    Per city policy, smoking is prohibited. A 500 fee may apply for decontamination if this rule is not adhered to.
