North End Villa-behind the Cavalier2blocks2 beach
- Located on the 18th hole of the Princess Anne Country Club and 1.5 blocks from the historical Cavalier Hotel! Convenient access to surfing, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife, etc!
Two story home with original hardwoods throughout - fully outfitted kitchen with large island and 2 stool, downstairs master bedroom with king bed and on-suite bath with double headed shower, ceiling fan, smart TV, and slider to outdoor patio.
On same level is a large living room with gas stone fireplace with access to a second outdoor patio. Dining room seats 8. Laundry room downstairs with large screened in porch and skylights facing the golf course! Breezeway with wet bar includes mini-fridge! Internal stairway off the dining room leads to two large bedrooms with a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Facing the golf course is a bedroom with two queen beds with canti-lever balcony. Second bedroom upstairs has a king bed with private balcony overlooking driveway. Jack and Jill Bath is fully tiled with a shower/tub combo - two sinks. BONUS: Private fully enclosed glass-block outdoor shower!
