Located in the Vibe District a quick five blocks from the Ocean and the Virginia Beach boardwalk is the Low Tide.

The Low Tide, completely remodeled in 2022 is a 1350 Sq Ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beach home centrally located for your next family vacation to the beach or just to relax.

Enjoy a tranquil stay just blocks from the hustle and bustle of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Local favorite restaurants, shops, pubs, entertainment, and nightlife are a quick walk or bike away!

We bring you the beach cottage of your dreams, to serve as a base for all of your daily adventures, and then a cozy spot to return home and relax. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was renovated in 2022. It has two parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, a stocked coffee bar, and a breakfast bar that sits 2, 54` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill.

NESTLED WITHIN THE OCEANFRONT AREA IS VIRGINIA BEACH’S CULTURAL ARTS ENCLAVE—THE VIBE CREATIVE DISTRICT.

A hub for artists and spirits, roasters and restaurants, workouts and wares, museums, and more, the ViBe is where our creative businesses have set up shop to share their passion and inspire a sense of discovery in locals and visitors alike. Whether you’re here for a few days or here for good, there’s always something special going on. Weekly and monthly events like the Old Beach Farmer’s Market and Second Saturdays give a taste of the town and bring entertainment and community art projects you can be a part of.

The home includes two driveway parking spaces and is easily walkable, bikeable, or driveable.

This property has a shared wall with another home. While we have added extra insulation, noise barriers, and sound dampening, we ask all guests to be courteous and keep noise levels manageable.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / front yard / front door entryway
No additional guests on the property other than the ones included on the booking.

This property shares a common wall with the home next store. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level.

Per city ordinance no noise is permitted that can be heard at a neighboring property and quiet hour is 10pm.

Per the city of Virginia Beach`s guidelines no more than 2 cars per booking and cars must be parked in the driveway!

No smoking, $500 fee if the house smells like smoke of any kind

No Parties or events, $500 fee & Immediate cancellation

We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.

We came for a fishing trip, the property is nice and clean. And it is minutes away from the marina Rudee Heights Marina (Rudee Tours). We have 5 friends stayed and really enjoyed it. Recommend this property.

Convenient location, well-equipped!

The condo was super clean and stocked with truly everything we needed. All cooking supplies, parking, laundry detergent, shower supplies...truly everything we needed. Very comfortable and convenient to the boardwalk and restaurants. So happy we chose Low-tide and would definitely stay again!

Excellent Conference Center Spot

We stayed at Low Tide for an October conference and the location to the convention center was amazing. We enjoyed a short walk to our conference and a lovely walk to the beach. We highly recommend this rental.

Nice house and nice location

We enjoyed our stay at Low Tide. The house was very clean, modern and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. It was an easy walk to the beach and we appreciated the beach stroller and chairs! We would recommend staying at this house!!

Excellent Place

While I wish we had stayed here to visit the beach, we spent our time at a volleyball tournament. The property was perfect four our three teens and very close to restaurants and the convention center. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. Cat and Chris had so many recommendations for restaurants and coffee. We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

Low Tide Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Virginia Beach. Cat and Chris have a beautiful home that definitely gives you the beach vibe. It was very clean and cozy and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Cat was very responsive and just a very genuinely nice person. If we ever venture back to Virginia Beach, we will absolutely stay here again!

Family Wedding Trip

Our family had our first visit to Virginia Beach and our stay at Low Tide was phenomenal! The home was warm, cozy and clean, big enough for our family of 5! The kids all slept in the same room, even though there were two beds for the boys because the enjoyed the place so much! Thanks Chris and Cat for hosting us! We hope to return for another visit!

Low Tide Solid Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Low Tide! Our hosts Cat and Chris were quick to respond when we had questions and they were flexible with our needs. The property is comfortable and clean! Having a full kitchen and convenient laundry capabilities made our trip less expensive and easy! It was conveniently located for our needs (close to convention center, stores, shops) and within walking distance of the beach/boardwalk for our group (ages 13-42). We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!

Cozy Getaway

Low tide is very clean and it had more room than I thought it would. About 2 blocks from the beach. I did not have to contact Chris and Cat for anything during our stay. Everything you need to know is in the property description and the digital guidebook that they provide.

Low tide fun

We booked Chris and Cat’s place for the college club National Field hockey championships. We were about 3 minutes from our daughter’s hotel and 20 minutes from the fields. Wonderful accommodations, super clean and bright. Very relaxing and when the girls were tired after a full day of playin Friday we ordered out and was able to have them over for dinner and some relaxing time on the couch. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Place!

I come down for the sand soccer tournament every year and we have started making it a family get together trip but normally spread out between 3 hotel rooms. This year we opted to find a place where we could all stay together and loved it! The house had everything that we needed and it was so nice to be able to come back and relax when we wanted. We spent most of the day on the beach and relaxed making dinner at the house in the evening (super bonus we didn't have to go out to eat for EVERY meal!) House was super clean, easy access, and hosts were very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!
