Excellent location and Host is a good communicator

Nik, our host, is a very good communicator. Returns all messages immediately, which is reassuring. Excellent location in a beautiful, quiet part of VA Beach. The unit is clean and comfortable, with updated appliances. Nik also provided beach chairs, umbrella and a beach "wagon" to help us transport our stuff more easily. We had a great time and would love to return next year. Thank you, Nik.

The property is great. It had everything we needed with three kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms had ample toilet paper, the shed out back had beach supplies and you are also supplied with beach wagons. The walk to the beach was a breeze. Oh, and the backyard has a shower with hot and cold water which makes cleaning off after the beach simple, especially with kids.
