This is a charming , oceanfront beach house with a panoramic , unobstructed view of Atlantic Ocean and directly on the beach. The ocean views from the east facing deck welcomes you with all beach scenes, dancing Dolphins and soaring pelicans.


This is a perfect house for a small family looking for simplicity and charm and with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEAUTIFUL VAST SANDY BEACH THAT GOES FOR MILES ....ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD IS Sandbridge's Beach ! AND It is yet to be discovered! Sometimes , there is nothing better than a stretch of beach with just the sound of the ocean in the background. So just relax and enjoy and forget about the rest of the world for awhile.

The beach house is tastefully decorated with upscale furniture. The living room compliments newly installed 65” LG LCD/ OLED FLAT TV and a convenient wet bar and refrigerator. For convenience every room has its own TVs with cable channel.

This beach house has a large game room on the first floor , with natural surroundings and open window with natural air ( no Air treatment) a 60” Sony TV with sound and a wine fridge. The game room is a great room to spent fun time , it offers , FOOSBALL table, ,screen porch.and table for food.

Br1 - King , Br2, Queen AND a Twin size bed , Br3 comes with a Bunk beds and a Queen size bed . In SUMMARY we have 1 KING, 2 QUEEN, and 1 sofa / twin bed

Peaceful and Lovely location.
Perfect for our family (locals) who needed to a place to be away at Thanksgiving during a very difficult time. Homey not fancy. My one-eyed old Labrador would've preferred a cottage with a grond floor entrance, but he got those steps figured out after a while. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The Perfect Location
The house is the perfect location - easy access to the beach. Wonderful views of the ocean. Lots of outdoor spaces. The screened porch was nice to have. Clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella - toys for kids too! We had 8 adults and it was fine. We didn't use the game room - we spent our time outside. To be fair, the house needs some serious updating - but that didn't keep us from having a great time.

Great Beach Location
The location of the property is ideal as it backs right up to the beach. Easy access to the path down to the beach. Great communication with the host as she promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful family time in Sanbridge
We are so thankful to Simin for his kindness and gracious accommodations as we we were gathering as a family during a time of bereavement. The house was perfectly located on the beach and we slept better than we had for awhile as we listened to the ocean. Simin was so great a host. I would highly recommend this beach home if you are looking for a time of respite!

The property was everything that was advertised. Yes some updating needs done but so does everywhere else you are going to stay. Owner is very quick to respond to any issues. It is a beach house that has everything you will ever need to enjoy the beach.

The pool table was not there. That was a disappointment. The place could use some work.
Overall. The place has everything you need and is right on the beach. There are gates to keep small dogs in which was nice. Plenty of cleaning stuff to keep things in order. Thanks Simin.

Fabulous Location; house needs updating
The location of this property is its greatest asset. All major appliances were in good working order. Property was generally clean. Hostess was very accommodating about dropping off perishable food to refrigerator prior to actual check in. Bathrooms and furnishings need updating.. Condition of furniture and game tables in basement rec room was disappointing.. Main door lock, while operational, was broken. Outdoor rinsing station needed nozzle for hose to be effective. Improving the overall condition of this property will greatly enhance enjoyment by future guests.

Great Property
I stayed here with my family July 3-10. Great location! Very nice beach with no large crowds, even on holiday weekend. House was clean, well stocked, and had 8 beds. Really enjoyed the game room and all the outdoor entertainment areas.
