  • WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY IN SUMMER (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY)

    Only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station, Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk, at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach, people-watching on the Boardwalk, or taking in the nightlife along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation home. And if you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only one hour away.

    Kamla is a privately owned, 15-unit, six-story, oceanfront condominium complex, located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue. Our two-bedroom/two-bath home is located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (with elevator access). A full-width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequaled ocean views. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony from both the family room and primary bedroom.

    All bed linens and towels are included, with the exception of beach towels.
    No pets/smoking/vaping allowed.

    THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

Our stay was excellent. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy. Access to the property was easy. The condo and surrounding areas and grounds were well maintained. It's a high pedestrian traffic area but that was expected given the location. Being on the 5th floor puts you above much of the noise. The views were amazing.

We were in a terrific spot in the middle of the boardwalk. There were a lot of activities within walking distance. The condo was great. It had a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable and pretty dining room and living area. They even left us REAL flowers to enjoy. The 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for our family. I’d recommend this rental to upcoming vacationers!

Loved the condo and the location

Small family of four stayed for a week. The place was exceptionally clean and had more than enough amenities. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to almost every restaurant we visited. Only complaint and it's really not a complaint, the master bedroom could have used a King Size bed and the tv cable situation was a bit confusing. 4 remotes for the living room tv alone. Overall a great place. We are considering renting here again.
