1BR Condo - Walk a Block to the Oceanfront and Boardwalk

Our one bedroom, 455 sq. ft. condo, Salt Air, is furnished with the comforts of home and offers the privacy of second floor living. We are just a short walk to the oceanfront, boardwalk, sand, restaurants and Atlantic Park and The Dome. The bedroom features a queen bed and the living room offers a pull-out, full size sofa bed. We can accommodate two adults plus two children (17 and under). Bathroom includes a tub/shower, niche and grab bar. Amenities include A/C and heat, WiFi, and two smart TVs with CATV. Our kitchen is equipped with appliances including toaster and coffee maker, and a basic set of cooking and serving essentials. Dining area in the Living Room... For your convenience…linens and towels are included for each guest...For your safety...First aid kit...Interconnected smoke/carbon monoxide alarms...Wall-mounted fire extinguisher....Private entrance with deadbolt lock...Self check-in with digital code...Free parking - one assigned parking space...Laundry Room on the premises coin or app operated.. Please remember…NO SMOKING and NO PETS in the condo or on the premises...NO on-site parties or events...Cancellation...Guests will be fully refunded if they cancel more than 14 days before check-in. They will be refunded 50% if they cancel 7 days before check-in. Less than 7 days, no refund. We will do our best to address any issues that arise ASAP... You are staying in our home, please treat it with respect.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was super close to the beach, and the owners were great communicators. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quick little getaway!
