A beautiful estsblishment in an amazing area. Kind staff, great room, tasty breakfast.

Mixed experience; had emailed 3 times prior to arrival with no reply at all, asking for a low rise room as taking dog and parking as driven for 9 hours with car packed full of our items. No reply at all, no acknowledgement at reception, no reserved parking, top floor room!!!!!! Very very disappointed indeed and felt let down; however the girl on reception was pleasant and the hotel was clean and tidy and very close to the beach and all amenities - a shame that our impressions of the hotel were mixed because of a lack of attention and poor communication, we parked on a side street round the corner and this was tight and not ideal. What a shame that this review could have been amazing a real example of not being good at the things that make a difference; don’t think replying to emails 2 months in advance is a skill more just politeness! However the hotel was functional and close to all amenities.

Clean but needs maintenance

Chambre familiale fonctionnelle. Bel environnement. Le personnel était très efficace. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. À améliorer, le confort des chaises dans la chambre et la qualité des produits de douche.
