Apartment house "Tome". In the hamlet Torovi 3.5 km from the centre of Vir, 12 km from the centre of Nin, 30 km from the centre of Zadar, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: property 450 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (26 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, rocky beach 800 m. Please note: airfield 38 km from the property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
"Tome", 2-room apartment 40 m2, on the upper ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Für 2 Personen mit Hund ist die Wohnung ideal. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Gegend, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Alles perfekt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man führ den Alltagsgebrauch benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Waren jetzt schon 2 mal da und werden mit Sicherheit wieder dort einmieten. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr Hundefreundlich was unseren 2 Hunden sehr entgegen kam. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Gesamteindruck u. -zustand der FWG war hervorragend, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top sauber u. sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich, nett u. sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage: schön gelegen in einer Ferien Wohnsiedlung, man kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit d. Hund unternehmen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Min., sehr sauberes Meer, Liegewiese u. eine kl. Strandbar laden zum Verweilen ein. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Urlaubszeit... von uns eine klare Empfehlung
