Very helpful and friendly staff, convenient location to walk by the lake, to the train station, and on to the airport in only minutes. Nice coffee machine, great soundproofing for a good night's sleep, powerful aircon during the heat wave, attractive décor, and all at a relatively good price. Frankly, I consider it an excellent base for a stay in Geneva and would not hesitate to return again.

Excellent 5 star property and service.

Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely don’t stay at this hotel if you go to Geneva. I stayed there during the week of the heatwave and the AC was basically not working. I had to go to bed with wet hair and wet clothes to survive and a fan blowing air towards me. Absolute nightmare. I was able to sleep maybe an hour or two out of exhaustion. At check out, I complained to the lady at the reception, who followed up with a “sorry”. That’s it. $800+ for a “””5*””” hotel room and a “sorry” you couldn’t sleep because the AC is poor. I had to run to the airport so I left it there and then contacted the Orbitz customer support to pick up the case - while the customer support team at Orbitz was helpful, the hotel refused to issue any form of refund or compensation, which is what typically hotels do when the service they provide is not up to standards they advertise and you pay for. Absolutely disappointed. Avoid if you want to have a nice stay in a lovely city like Geneva. Other points: - the hotel is old and quirky inside, some people might like it, I personally didn’t. - the WiFi was not working from my bed. - I’ve been to two other hotels in Geneva during the same heatwave and never had an issue with AC like in this one. So be careful when you choose.

Queen bed was two single beds pushed together with a cover. Hence 3 stars
