"Wow! We are sooo happy we last minute booked this hotel! We spent a lot of time in all the different pools and even booked a couples massage. I would tell anyone to stay here. Also the breakfast was amazing!"
"Great location for the station. We stayed for one night enroute to lake Garda. Very good air con. We had 2x family suite 2 bedroom rooms one had a coffee machine which we were grateful for one did not. Small breakfast to go provided. Beds were comfy but one very noisy. We had to check in via WhatsApp the day before. No lift but stairs were fine. My only criticism is on the day we were due to check out, At 9am I was in the bathroom when I heard a small tapping and then moments later i heard the beeping of the keypad and someone let them self in, my husband heard this too and went into the hall and the door was being shut. My children were still asleep, there is no way to lock the door from the inside to ensure this door can not be opened by someone with the code."
"I have nothing but praise for this hotel.
Location is beautiful. Extremely handy for train travellers and although it is located in a quiet pedestrianised street leading to a nice square, there is a lively atmosphere with lots of family owned bars and restaurants.
The staff is the best! Our train was severely delayed which means we would be arriving after reception closed at 8pm. Alessia was extremely kind to send us very clear instructions on how to self-check in. However to our surprised she was still at reception waiting when we arrived and upgraded us to a suite, much to my teenage daughter's delight.
The hotel also owns Merizzi, a restaurant literally two doors down. Italian food is always delicious but this restaurant is even better! All primi and secondi plates were super tasty and nice. Federico was very attentive and pleasant too.
The room was super clean and modern with all that you would expect and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet too despite very close to the train station.
Breakfast the following day was great with a lot of choice of hot and cold food offerings, plus pastries and Italian cakes (the torta della nonna was something else!)
If we ever come back to the area we will definitely be staying in this hotel. :-)"
"I can only say that this is fantastic. Outstanding hotel, room, staff, views and food. As a group of bikers, we appreciated the use of the underground garage as it was very hot when we stayed in July. This is a biker friendly hotel and this was perfect. We will definitely be back!"
"It was the perfect place to rest up after riding the Stelvio Pass via motorbike with my wife. Staff were helpful and the main issue with things was me just being groggy after the ride and at that elevation. Looks like they really cater to the ski crowd, so the place is setup for that in a somewhat dated and worn way, but perfectly lovely and functional. I would recommend it as a spot for the weary Stelvio Pass traveler and am interested to see it in its winter glory sometime."
