    Beautiful, comfortable and spacious villa, completely independent, with stunning views of the mountains, the Sierra Tejeda Natural Park and Lake Viñuela.

    The entire area of the house is closed, only accessible to guests. Complete privacy.

    Fantastic private pool, its measurements are 11m X 4'50m., it is available all year round. Absolute privacy!

    Various and large terraces for sun and shade.

    Air conditioning in the three bedrooms. It is for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one en suite with XL bed, private solarium, dressing room and bathroom), 2 fully equipped bathrooms, (one en suite),

    Large living room with wood-burning fireplace, equipped kitchen.

    Garden, large terraces next to the pool, comfortable garden furniture for outdoor dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, parasols, outdoor shower.

    It is located 15 minutes from the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, golf courses, water parks, and large shopping and leisure centers. 40 minutes from Malaga airport.

    Within 3 or 4 minutes, there are many tapas bars and restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Also within that distance, supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, Medical Center with 24-hour emergency service.

    Excellent starting point to visit cities such as Seville, Cordoba, Granada or Gibraltar. Also to discover the white villages of Andalusia.

    This beautiful villa is the ideal place to spend your holidays with family, friends or a romantic getaway as a couple at any time of the year.

The views are stunning, to both sides of the valley, however due to the fact that the casa is locate

The views are stunning, to both sides of the valley, however due to the fact that the casa is located in middle of a small ridge it gets very cold wind at times. The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning in all bedrooms. We stayed in this area in 2 other casas before and they were both cheaper had better equipment (dishwasher!! , full kitchen appliances, double beds in more than 1 bedroom, good quality and clean sunbeds...) Generally I think the casa was too expensive for the value

Armando und Laura haben uns im Haus begrüßt und waren sehr herzlich uns freundlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und im Keller gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine. Zum Ausspannen und Relaxen ist es genau das Richtge und man ist vollkommen ungestört. Der Ausblick ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön von da oben und ist man mit dem Auto schnell(10min.) in Torre del Mar. Ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen. Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!

The house is extremely comfortable, private and very clean. The rooms are spacious and equipment is new. The pool was with salt water which is more comfortable then chlorine. All in all we were very satisfied and would recommend this house certainly. We will come back if we have the chance!

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen: isoliert, ohne zu viel zu sein und 15 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt.Die Aussicht ist großartig und das Haus ist sehr angenehm zum Leben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der Besitzer konnte nicht genug für uns tun. Danke an Armando: Du bist ganz oben!
