"We missed a connecting flight due to weather. We arrived on the free shuttle service. Check in offered us a delicious turkey sandwich, because we hadn't eaten and it was 1:00 am. Nothing open.
We missed breakfast the next morning from over sleeping and they kindly made us a to go box from the morning buffet which had closed 20 minutes before we made it down stairs.
The kindness of the staff and willingness to help us out, made being stranded in Dulles not as bad.

"My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was in a quiet area with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Aside from the noisy shower door and the AC unit being loud when it first turned on (though the noise faded afterward), everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to stay here again."
