"Gorgeous property, luxurious rooms and sits on fabulous location. The hospitality was unmatched. Every where we went on the property everyone was welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel totally pampered. From having delicious dinners at the hotel, to getting assistance planning fun excursions in Cabo, or listening to wonderful live music while sipping a tasty cocktail or Mexican hot chocolate- the Ziva surpassed all of our expectations. We loved opening our patio door and listening to waves crashing against the beach and then going to an exciting teppanyaki meal where the food was as delicious as it was entertaining. We all loved the Hyatt Ziva."

"Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel."

"We have stayed at the Cabo Azul a few times and our recent trip in December 2025 did not disappoint. The rooms are very spacious! The kitchens are fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to make a meal. Lots of towel towels and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and poolside service very attentive. We look forward to our next day at this great resort!"
