Lovely apartment in Grizane

This private house with four simply furnished holiday apartments is located in the small village of Griane, in the hinterland of Crikvenica. The apartments are spacious and have balconies from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. There is also a pool and barbecue on the shared property, which you can use together. Visit the famous holiday resort of Crikvenica, where you can take part in many entertaining and cultural events or have fun swimming on one of the sandy or pebble beaches suitable for children. CKC403 and CKC404 are in the attic with a lowest ceiling height of 180 cm. CKC770 is on the ground floor with a terrace.

Das Objekt liegt sehr abseits, fast in Einsiedlerlage wenig Bewegungsmöglichkeiten für Familie mit Kleinkindern. Sämtliche Aktivitäten müssen mit dem Auto organisiert werden. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist stark verbesserungswürdig, kaputte Klimaanlage, defekte Klobrillen, stinkende Abflussrohre, wacklicke Steckdosen, alle Innenrtüren ließen sich nicht schließen, defekte Kühlschranklichter etc.. Wir würden das Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr einfach, kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkte.

Bereits die Wegbeschreibung war sehr optimistisch, selbst mit aktuellem Kartenmaterial kaum zu finden. So gelegen, dass es für Fahranfänger nicht geeignet ist. Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus teilweise nur mit Einweisung zu bewältigen. Pool viel kleiner, als auf dem Foto (Weitwinkel?). Dort keine Sonnenschirme o.ä.. Sonnenschirm auf allen Balkonen teilweise zerfetzt. Wohnung für 5 Personen. Nur 4 Balkonstühle. Geschirr, Besteck , Kochgeschirr hat Flohmarktcharakter nicht einmal 3 gleiche Dinge von einer Sorte, z. B. Gläser. Elektrik auf einem Stand eines Rohbaus. Kabel ragen unisoliert aus den Wänden. Steckdosen defekt. Mit kleinen Kinder gefährlich. Leichter Schimmel im Bad. Schöner Blick vom Balkon.
