Villa Modruna is located in the heart of nature in the small village of Grižane, just a few minutes drive from the tourist center Crikvenica. If you want an active holiday, trekking, cycling, CrossFit training, or enjoying the pool, the conclusion will be that you are in the right place. Villa Modruna is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, a toilet, a kitchenette and a wellness area.On the first floor, there is an outdoor and indoor dining area, a modern equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The attic, which we enter from the hall on the first floor, is designed in an open space style. The attic offers a space for contemplation in which there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub, a bedroom, a sun deck with deckchairs, and an adjoining garden decorated with feng shui elements that offer a wonderful view of the sea. This villa intends to provide you with everything for an absolute vacation and bring you to a state of calm and contentment. Your pet is welcome, too!
