  • Villa Mare Monti is located in the hills of Kvarner Bay. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the green Vinodol Valley (Vallis Vinearia). This unique vacation home is located at the end of a private road in the hills above Crikvenica. The modern decor and furnishings combined with traditional architecture offer you and your family/friends a comfortable place to call home during your vacation on the Adriatic. The house was built in 1909 and was tastefully furnished and completely renovated in 2013 to provide you with every comfort during your stay. Villa Mare Monti is set in private, terraced grounds where you can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool (heatable on request) and sunbathe on the wooden terrace with panoramic views of the valley and a medieval castle.



    Villa Mare Monti is a unique opportunity for you and your family to discover this part of Croatia and the highlights of Kvarner Bay. The property is located in a small hamlet of just 10 houses - the perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. It has 2 bathrooms. The house is well equipped and fully air-conditioned. High-speed Internet access (WLAN) is also available to our guests.25 km long Vinodol (wine valley) runs parallel to the coast, a stretch of land almost untouched by the tourist streams that fight their way south along the Magistrala on the coast. This valley is separated from the sea by a two kilometer wide and 300 m high mountain range. It was first mentioned in a chronicle from the 12th century under the name Vallis Vinearia. However, it is known that a road already ran along this valley in Roman times. Situated on a hillside, this vacation property offers you a fantastic view over the Vinodol valley and plenty of privacy for guests, yet it is only a 15-minute drive from the tourist stronghold of Crikvenica, where you will find numerous restaurants, beautiful beaches and all kinds of activities for an active vacation. The nearest store is 2 km from the house, the nearest restaurant 5 km.

Villa Mare Monty is absolutely amazing.

Villa Mare Monty is absolutely amazing.. Great outdoor sitting place, heeded pool. You have all the comfort u need, including comfortable beds.. The place is really nice and quiet. Well organised kitchen with all the utensils, pots etc.anyone needs. Perfect place with kids. Lots of small touches from our hosts, that made it so special such as fresh herbs, coffee and fruits. I would highly recommend this place. Thank u so much for everything once again 🌴🥂🍾😊and I’m sure we will be back again.

We just came back home from the most wonderful stay at Villa Mare Monti. This villa is absolutely beautiful, and the location is stunning. The view over the Vindol Valley , and the medieval castle is breathtakingly beautiful! We love the fact that there is so much interesting history about the villa and the surroundings. We had the most relaxing time in this comfortable, very well equipped villa. We spent our time making lots of little trips, relaxing by the pool, hiking in the mountains. The photos show how beautiful this place is, but it's even better in reality! It is very peaceful and quiet and private, which is perfect for us. The villa is charming, nicely decorated, renovated with great care, clean and in top condition, one can't ask for anything more. Our hosts Mario, his sister and parents are incredibly helpful and nice. Lots of nice personal touches like fresh flowers and herbs. Cookies and fruits on the kitchen table was really appreciated. Everything in the kitchen to make it easy to cook a meal, spices and so on. We were sad to leave, and we definitely would like to return again soon!

Ein sehr schönes, über hundert Jahre altes Haus, liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet.Vom Hausherrn Mario wurden wir mit frischem Obst, Gebäck und leckeren Getränken empfangen.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und umfangreich ausgestattet.In der Küche sind Toaster, Kaffee- und Espressomaschine vorhanden, sowie alle möglichen Koch- und Grillutensilien incl. Kräuter und Gewürzen.Weitere Highlights:- Garten mit Pool, schattenspendenden Bäumen, Grill- und Essplatz- Unterhalb herrlicher Naturgarten- Gartenhaus mit Spielzeug für die kleinen Gäste- Vor dem Haus ein beschatteter Parkplatz für drei AutosAbschließend nochmal ein Gruß an Mario und seine Eltern: Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Mare Monti. Die Lage war für uns perfekt man ist unter sich und wird von niemand gestört. Mit dem Auto dauert es keine 10 Minuten bis Jadranovo und auch sonst ist man schnell an verschiedenen Stränden oder auf der Insel Krk. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich um alles und man kann ihn 24 Stunden nach Tips oder Ausflügen fragen und bekommt sehr schnell eine Antwort uns hat er am letzten Tag noch sehr leckeres Olivenöl besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal Mario.

Wir bewerten unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Mare Monti mit mehr als „AUSGEZEICHNET“. Das ganze Arrangement ist als „vollkommen“ zu bezeichnen, nicht nur deshalb, als nahezu sämtliche Nützlichkeiten in der Villa vorhanden sind, sondern uns auch Weine, Schnaps (z.B. Medica, ein äußerst „gesunder“ Honigschnaps), Prosecco, viel viel Obst, und vor allem auch die leckeren Keks von Stefica, der Mama des Hauses („the big boss“) zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind. Die Villa ist äußerst ruhig, mit einer einmaligen Aussicht im Vinodol-Tal gelegen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Pool ist beheizt und somit (mit ein wenig Wetterglück) auch Anfang Mai benutzbar. Parkplatz „Top“! Das Check-In machte die liebevolle und äußerst belesene Gordana, die Tochter des Hauses, welche uns nicht nur wertvolle (Restaurant-) Tipps gegeben hat, sondern Gordana auch durchwegs für alle Anliegen kurzfristig erreichbar ist. Ein dickes „Busserl“ an dieser Stelle an Gordana (A big “kiss” at this point to Gordana). Das Check-Out machte Mario, der Sohn des Hauses, ein echter Sportsfreund, welcher nicht nur über die HNL („Hrvatska Nogometna Liga“) bestens informiert ist, sondern in sämtlichen Sportbelangen als Experte zu bezeichnen ist. Auch Mario ist ein besonders wertvoller Gastgeber. Eine große „Umarmung“ an dieser Stelle an Mario (A big "hug" to Mario at this point). Vielen vielen Dank an die gesamte Familie Bujanic, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! „Vidimo se uskoro“ Isabella und Peter aus Graz 🤩 😍

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Mare Monti war wirklich unvergesslich. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt, und wir hatten das Glück, eine traumhafte Zeit hier verbringen zu dürfen. Die Lage der Villa ist einfach traumhaft. Zugegeben, die Anfahrt über kleine Gassen und schmale Straßen war etwas abenteuerlich, aber wir haben das gerne in Kauf genommen, denn die atemberaubende Lage und die herrliche Aussicht haben uns sofort verzaubert. Das Haus selbst ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass jeder Raum Wärme und Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Die voll ausgestattete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, und wir waren begeistert, dass sogar Gewürze, verschiedene Öle und frische Kräuter vorhanden waren. Das Kochen und Grillen wurde so zu einem wahren Genuss, besonders wenn wir die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das malerische Vinodol-Tal genießen konnten. Die gesamte Anlage mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist äußerst gepflegt, und es war eine wahre Freude, sich im Garten zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Gastgeberfamilie Bujanic hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da, und ihre Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir können die Villa Mare Monti uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer einen erholsamen und luxuriösen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben jeden einzelnen Moment genossen und sind dankbar für diese unvergesslichen Tage. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Wir (2 Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) durften im August eine Woche in der Villa Mare Monti verbringen und können nur bestätigen, dass es sich bei dem Vermieter Mario und dessen Familie um ganz außergewöhnliche Gastgeber handelt. Wir wurden ebenfalls mit Wein, Honigschnaps, selbst gemachten Keksen und einem großen Obstteller begrüßt. In jedem Zimmer standen frische Blumen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Fotos beworben. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem recht zentral für diverse Ausflüge. Am 3. Urlaubstag brachte uns Mario´s Mutter eine große Schüssel frischer Feigen aus ihrem Garten vorbei. Wir hatten in unserer Urlaubswoche 2 Geburtstage zu feiern und wurden zu diesem Anlass von Mario mit einer tollen Feigentorte überrascht, die uns von seiner Mutter direkt zum Haus geliefert wurde. Das war für uns eine ganz besondere Freude. Mario war auch für uns jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerte sich umgehend darum, als kurzfristig das Wlan ausfiel, das Problem wurde sofort behoben. Wir können somit die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen, bedanken uns herzlich bei Mario und seiner Familie und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben Anfang September eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Mare Monti verbracht und es war einfach nur toll. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 1 Baby und ein Kleinkind. Vom Kinderbett bis zum Stromkabel um das E-Auto zu laden wurde alles zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Ausstattung der Villa wurde auch an alles gedacht und es ist nicht notwendig etwas von zu Hause mitzunehmen. Mario ist auch rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hilft gerne mit tollen Tipps (Restaurant, Strand. usw.) weiter. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei Mario und seiner Familie für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Die Lage, das Haus, die Ruhe, die herzlichen Gastgeber, haben unsere volle Punktzahl. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Waschmaschine, der Getränkekühlschrank sowie die Eiswürfelmaschine rundeten dies noch ab. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Sämtliche Gewürze, verschiedene Öle bis hin zum frischen Basilikum war alles vorhanden.
