Holiday home **“Onderdemolen 70”** is located in the green and child-friendly *Buitenplaats Onderdemolen* park in Stellendam and offers a unique, unobstructed view. A lovely place for up to 5 people, where you’ll feel right at home. The cosy living room with open kitchen forms the heart of the home—ideal for relaxing together after a day outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a compact but fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There’s also a bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm).

A steep staircase with a safety gate leads to the loft, where you’ll find two more sleeping areas: one with two beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed) and one with a single bed. We’ve also thought of the little ones: a travel cot and a high chair are provided.

From the living room, you can step right into the garden through the sliding glass doors. Here, you can enjoy the unobstructed view and nature in complete privacy. Inside, you can relax with the TV (Chromecast and satellite), DVDs, books, and games.

You can easily park next to the house in your own private spot.

The holiday park itself is spacious and lush, with mature trees and various facilities such as a playground, tennis court, bocce court, trampoline, and football field. In the recreation room, you’ll find a foosball table and a ping-pong table. Just 50 metres away is a public indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

The surrounding area offers plenty of activities: from hiking and biking in nature reserves such as the Scheelhoek, Kwade Hoek, and Slikken van Flakkee to getting some fresh air on the beach at Stellendam. The wide sandy beaches of Ouddorp are just a 10-minute drive away. Water sports enthusiasts and mountain bikers will also find plenty to enjoy here. And of course, you can enjoy delicious food in the area—from fresh fish at the harbour to charming restaurants in Stellendam and Goedereede.
