The staff was truly wonderful. I became ill while there and needed to stay an extra day. They made the process as easy as they possibly could since I was not well enough to go out to the desk to do it in person.

7/1/23 early morning/ late night 6/30/23 male staff member was really rude and not helpful. One room we booked had broken shampoo/ soap dispensers, the other room smelt really bad like mold, did not feel comfortable going back to the team member to ask for a different room.

After a long day and night of driving it felt so good to go into the room and find everything needed for self care. Shower was hot and never got cold. Beds are comfy, and it’s like home away from home for those who are traveling and ready to rest.

First of all the lady that checked us in was very friendly. We were given a room on the first floor (117). Walked into the room and it had this weird smell odor to it. The carpet was dirty look like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The bath tub was not draining fast enough when we showered causing dirty water to stand while taking a shower! There were not enough electrical outlets in the room to charge our devices. Overall it’s true about what they say “ you get what you paid for $293.00 for 2 nights “. Friendly staffs but needs improvement on cleanliness.

The walls are thin so bring ear plugs, but that is no fault of the owners/management. The room was clean and the breakfast was not and fresh.

Vinita girls weekend
Hotel location was great for our activities. Next door to Wal-Mart. Parking lot and some of the outdoor sidewalk need repaired for safety issues. Shower on 3rd floor had amazing pressure. Beds were veey comfortable, each having 4 pillows each. Not all the plugs in worked next to the beds to charge our electronics. Hot tub had way too much chlorine. Manager was fixing that issue by next morning.

absolutely nothing negative to say. had a minor hic up with the room key but resolved promptly ,and with no issues. staff is at your beckoned call. breakfast is superb. hot and fresh.

Very clean, nice staff. The “incidental fee” was a little extreme. ($150) is refundable of course. The manager which was a nice gentleman, walked the premises quite a bit. Felt very safe!
