Comfortable rooms and amazing reception team

we enjoy our stay the villa was nice and well equipped..

The staff service is really good, could say one of the best service hotel in vinwonder and nha trang. They really take care and support. The only weakness is the Wave Bar, need more attention, they don't clean the table when I come. Even when I leave the table also not clean (cause I stay there for a while wait for buggy so I know).

The apartment is very well appointed, full kitchen and dining rooms, very classy finishes. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really a 3 bedroom and they lock the door to one of the rooms, which has ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. Stunning views of the ocean from the rooftop, although there is no furniture up there to sit and enjoy. The private pool was a very nice tough and the main pool and restaurant were also good. The only issue I have with this hotel is its location (which I knew when booking). Other than the hotel restaurant, there is limited food options nearby. Cam Ranh is a drive and not really set up for tourists and Nha Trang is about 45 minutes away. If you want a secluded holiday, this may be good, but we felt a bit stuck at times.

During check-in, the front desk receptionist insisted to keep my passport until the end of my stay as a form of deposit. And when I refused, they told me to make a payment of 500,000₫, cash only. I don’t mind paying for a deposit, but the hotel should at least notify beforehand about this policy. Other than that, room and breakfast is ok, pool was nice.
