We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!

I'm not sure how this place has such rave reviews, it is pretty average Don't come here if you want to use the facilities - we tried to use the gym but it was hotter than a sauna in there every time. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (the remote is kept in the office next door), ...
