The most friendly and helpful staff of any hotel we have stayed in. They almost felt like family by the time we checked out. Our room was spacious with a beautiful and extremely well designed bathroom. We wished we had extended our stay as it was our favourite hotel of our trip in Vietnam. Extremely highly recommend this place. It was also the only hotel we stayed at that didn’t ask us to write a review. Nang who ran our cooking class was fantastic and Minh who seemed to run everything was outstanding. So genuine and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Grand Signature is a mini oasis I would recommend to everyone. The resort is beautiful and everything is so intentional. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dishes were rotating, so there was something different every morning. The free laundry room is much welcomed bonus as well!
