"I've been staying at this location twice yearly (for work) for several years without an issue, but the service and security I experienced this time made my stay far less safe. The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. "Floor in room needed mopped, evidence of past spills. The metal frame on metal pedestal bed was noisy getting in and out of bed and the motion sensor room light was annoying to say the least. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. "

But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."
