  • The guest house has a queen bed upstairs (large combination master suite/living room with This End Up couch set, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans and walk out to deck) and bedroom with 2 twins downstairs, bathroom on first floor (renovated for 2023), AC throughout the house (central downstairs and remote controlled mini split upstairs), washer/dryer, 42" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick and internet based Xfinity cable, DVD Player, Stereo with IPod dock, Grill, outdoor shower, new flooring throughout – hardwoods downstairs and carpet upstairs. It is a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven a short drive to many popular beaches and is on a quiet dead end street with its own driveway. Perfect for small families (of 4 or less) as when kids go to bed, adults have upstairs suite for watching TV or sitting outside reading on the deck.
