"Elio welcomed us with a magnificent spread of local delicacies and a bottle of wine. The villa itself is comfortable, well laid out and well decorated. Lovely pool and many different areas of the garden to enjoy. Of special note is the BBQ area, tucked away down steps to a lower part of the garden. A great place to while away the evening."

"New, immaculately well kept and operated. This was one of nearly a half dozen properties that I stayed at throughout Sicily, and it is beautiful. "Lovely BnB but There was no one there during check in. We were given instructions on how to get there through WhatsApp and it was a difficult place to find that took us over an hour of running through alleys and up huge flights of steps trying to find it. Our rooms were nice but hardly any plug ins for devices and the WIFI would not work in our upstairs rooms. The breakfast buffet was huge and very delicious. Not a good location if you have limited mobility. "

"Peaceful, relaxing get-away in the Sicilian countryside. Gorgeous outdoor space and landscape, wonderful pool. Good kitchen. One of the double bedrooms with en-suite is accessed via a separate front door which wasn't clear from the listing. Otherwise all was as appears in the pictures, Giovanni the host is very accommodating and helpful (we communicated via Google translate!) and we really appreciated the welcome food package when we arrived late evening. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"Nice location in the old town of Ragusa which is where you want to be - so could walk to all the highlights easily from here. The rooms are split out onto several floors so be prepared for lots of step. The room was nice but very dark so was happy there was access to a beautiful garden where you could sit and enjoy a drink. There was free parking and plenty of spaces at the top of the hill so dump the luggage at the entrance and then keep driving up."

"We had a pleasant and family felt & warm stay in this B&B. Modern renovated and well maintained, high clealiness. The owner greeted and picked up us from train station that was unexpected. She gave us a full guide about how to get to Ibla area, taking bus to get around. She was patient to communicate with us with limited English. The breakfast is deicilous, the home made fruit jam is exceptionally tasty. Super valued for just 5 euro. "

Note that it is in the country and you will have to drive to dinner, shopping, etc., but that is part of the appeal. There is plenty to see in this area. The brand new pool and patio provides a great place to just relax too. "
