Everything was good, the room very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Even if we were in the city center, we didn't feel it. If you are. Very sensitive, they have earplugs.
The breakfast was good and fresh, but it's vegetarian, so don't expect meat.
Staff are not all the time there, but they send you the information before arriving to do the check-in and open the doors.
Everything is very close to the hotel. The train station is only 5-7 minutes away, there are restaurants, souvenir shops and everything nearby.

The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. Overall it was a very good stay at Best Western Zurcherhof in Zurich

This was my second time staying here, and I was very happy this time. The young lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location, near the train station, many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the lake. I would stay here again.

We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm

Self check in was fine, however there was only a phone number to contact, never saw any staff in the hotel except for one when walking past at breakfast.
