"Only reason for the reduced rating is the significant stairs you must haul up your luggage on arrival. There is an elevator after that. The staff was lovely, the room very nice, and the breakfast on par with other hotels on this trip."

Nice European breakfast buffet every morning. Bathroom in our room was updated but rest of the room was a little dated. As I said, nice and clean but furniture, bed curtains could be updated."

"I was trying to give them all 5 stars but for some reason, I could not reach the 5th one on my screen. ABC is an amazing hotel! Extremely clean, well finished and beautiful. We were so surprised how the free breakfast was complete! They even had mimosas. The coffee was excellent and they colour their boiled eggs in a beautiful shade which makes your plate look so appetizing. And the staff made it even more fun! Flavia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The servers at breakfast were also amazing! We were all pleasantly surprised. Do not hesitate to stay there."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Stunning views onto Lake Walen. This is a self check-in facility but it's rather easy. Make sure you're in touch with the management online. Parking is offsite, about a 8 minute walk away. We believe it's run by the resident catholic nuns. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are modern and clean."
