"When we arrived at the apartment, we couldn't check in .We tried to contact the owner for an hour but it was unsuccessful. We had to arrange different hotel in the area. After about 3 hours from the time if check in, I was getting emails from the owner. Fortunately I was able to reserve different hotel for that night."
