A nice Hotel in a quiet location, large room for 3 people that was clean with a very friendly staff. Only thing to note: It was probably unseasonably warm in Paris in May at 90 degrees, the A/C helped but wasn’t really cool enough for sleeping even after lowering AC temperature. Just something to keep in mind if you need or must have a cool escape from the heat such as a medical condition. Also, if u have issues with carrying luggage up a few stairs might be issue for older folks so you’d need to ask about that.

"I had chosen this hotel as it was close to the train station and was one of the few in Blois that had an elevator. When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was out of service (and apparently there was no plan to have it repaired.) I asked if the Hotel St. Jacques which was a few buildings away ..."
