- This beautiful and cozy apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, plus an auxiliary bed that allows for a maximum capacity of four adults and one child. It also features a pleasant 12 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Thanks to its magnificent location, you can explore the town on foot and enjoy all its services without needing a car. Rodiles beach is only 10 km away and El Puntal is 6 km away. The apartment is located right in the natural surroundings of the Villaviciosa Estuary Biosphere Reserve, within the Cider Region (Comarca de la Sidra).
It is an ideal place to rest and explore Eastern Asturias, with a wide range of beautiful beaches, excellent gastronomy, active tourism, and the proximity of the imposing Picos de Europa.
