Even in summer, when the sea is wonderfully refreshing (typically around 20 - 22°C) and unheated pools can feel cool, the heated pool (28°C) offers comfortable swimming at any time of day.

The property sits on a fully fenced private garden of over 2,000 m², offering space, privacy and peace of mind. Thanks to sustainable construction with a geothermal heat pump, you’ll also enjoy underfloor heating and efficient hot water all year round.
