At check-in, we were made to wait and practically beg for a room, despite traveling with children. The front desk claimed our reservation price was “too low” and demanded an additional 20% surcharge to proceed, without providing any receipt, which is extremely concerning. The room we were given had no windows and no mechanical ventilation. The air was stagnant and completely unacceptable for a family. Staff also complained about the fact that we booked through Expedia.

the property was excellent. however, we were charged a tax fee. according to front desk, expedia does not include the tax in the fee and they have to collect at front desk. did not like that at all, since we have never had that issue before.

Excelente experiencia, un hotel casi nuevo. Instalaciones en buen estado, las almohadas me parecieron un poco altas, asi que era incomodo el dormir. Hay habitaciones grabdes y pequeñas, pero si su intención no es permanecer en una habitación entonces no será problema el tamaño.

Un lugar excelente para una visita grata a Villavicencio Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Vanguardia Natural fue perfecta. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con una calidez y profesionalismo. La habitación era espaciosa, minimalista y equipada con las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estadía cómoda. El desayuno incluido, fue completo y de buen sazón. Un aspecto que merece una mención especial es el servicio al cliente. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente (que finalmente se resolvió por nuestra parte) y el personal no dudó en mostrarse proactivo y atento a nuestras necesidades, lo que demuestra el compromiso del hotel con la satisfacción de sus huéspedes. Estadía.

La habitación sin cortina y las sábanas estaban manchadas y sucias, de los tres días solo un día con agua caliente, no tienen control con las mascotas y las dejan entrar a la zona de la piscina y comedor. Por último colocaron una toalla manchada y la atención del servicio de camareria no se le ve el empeño. La alimentación muy buena y las zonas son muy confortables.
