En general el hotel y el sitio es espectacular, solo dos fallas, vecinos o huéspedes bulliciosos que no dejaron dormir, no hay servicio de comida después de las 8, llegamos en las noches de tour y nada, fuera de eso no hay nada cerca para donde ir a comer, por que se encuentra a mas de 7 o mas Kms de un restaurante abierto. "piensa uno que por estar alejado de la cuidad se descansa, no..."

Nos fue pesimo, sobrevendieron habitaciones y nuestra reserva quedo invalida, no nos ayudaron a ubicarnos en otro hotel. y uds de hoteles.com Tampoco nos llamaron. Muy recomendado el hotel campestre Duranta

El hotel es tranquilo y acogedor, el personal es muy amable y servicial, es totalmente recomendado para un buen descanso. El único inconveniente fue la falta de agua caliente, eso no a causa del hotel sino problemas en toda la región.

Excelente momento.. excelente sitio

Super es un hotel cómodo y excelente atención, solo tendría una sugerencia, q el servicio de las zonas húmedas, osea piscina, tengan un horario hasta máximo 11 de la noche ya q es una excelente hora para disfrutar la zona.

Aunque el hotel es pequeño y está en proceso de ampliación, se presenta en una excelente opción evaluando la calidad / precio y comparado con otras opciones en Apiay y Villavicencio. Cuenta con una piscina pequeña pero agradable y de acuerdo con las dimensiones del hotel, las habitaciones son relativamente nuevas por lo que el mobiliario, cable, aire acondicionado funcionan muy bien y se encuentran en muy buen estado. El restaurante muestra unas buenas opciones para disfrutar en la estadía.

El hotel estaba espectavular, sin embargo no pudimos disfrutarlo ya que HOTELES.COM tiene problemas de reservación con este hotel, razón por la cual no pudimos quedarnos, aunque llamamos previamente a la línea de atención de HOTELES.COM y sus agentes nos confirmaron la reserva. Sorpresa cuando llegamos al hotel y no teniamos reserva...mal manejo del Hotel y de HOTELES.COM, para la reserva.
