Our family enjoyed several aspects of this property, but there were also some disappointments that future guests should consider.The highlights were definitely the outdoor amenities. The pool was fantastic and easily the best feature of the property. The garden was beautiful, filled with flowers and butterflies, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also appreciated that the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals during our stay.Unfortunately, there were several drawbacks. The home sleeps up to 11 guests, but the living room only comfortably accommodated about 7 people at a time, making it difficult for larger groups to gather together. There is only one bathroom located downstairs, which was inconvenient, especially with a full house. Families with small children should be aware that the bunk bed room is separated from the other bedrooms.Cleanliness was our biggest concern. The house did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found marks in the sink and toilet, along with food residue and debris on both the tile and carpeted floors. Given the cleaning fees, this was disappointing and impacted our first impression of the property.The master bedroom TV was not working upon arrival. We contacted the realty company but did not receive a response until the following day. We were also frustrated by the check-in process. Check-
