Coastal Cottage~Fenced Yard~Fire Pit~Pet Friendly!

The Seagulls Nest is perfect for your next getaway!

Sparkling clean 3 bedroom home with fenced in yard just minutes from the bay.
Bedroom 1 has a full bed and bureau. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a bureau. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds, a bureau and 2 closets. Sheets and towels are included and each bed has a cozy quilt and pillows.
Your bed will be made and ready for your arrival!

Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook; even a Crockpot so your meals can be ready when you step off the beach. We have a gas grill outback, patio set and an enclosed outside shower to enjoy after a day at the beach.
Living room has a nice large sofa and a small sofa to enjoy your favorite movies. We have a smart TV with Hulu.
There are also plenty of books and magazines to read.

We supply 4 beach tags to use during your stay to the beaches in Cape May.
The front porch has a little bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or a few blocks away is a new coffee shop (Bravado) that has a cool vibe and great breakfast sandwiches.
The street in front has little local traffic. It's a quiet residential neighborhood.
We welcome 1 well behaved dog at an additional $50 per night.
The yard has plenty of grass and is wide open for kids to play and your dog to run.
You are just a few steps away from an old fashioned ice cream shop (Milky Way) with a mini golf course. There is also a great seafood take out place just a short distance as well; Fish & Fancy.
Come for a few days, a weekend or a week or two!
Cape May is just 15 minutes away with excellent shops and restaurants, Wildwood is 15 minutes away with waterparks and amusement rides. Ocean City is 45 minutes away with a fun boardwalk or take a trip to the casinos in Atlantic City (about an hour away). It's also fun to take The Cape May Lewes Ferry across the bay to Delaware for the day. Cape Henlopen State Park has a great beach with hiking and biking trails, Rehoboth Beach has a fun boardwalk and the town of Lewes has quaint shops and restaurants. So much to see and do....come stay with us!

What a wonderful weekend in November for my best friends birthday getaway! The host was very informative with provided details and constant communication from the moment I booked. Upon arrival, the house itself was clean, well kempt and organized woth provided linens and kitchen utensils, even some firewood! The fenced in backyard with fire pit was a great asset as not many places allow pets. Noted there is an added pet cleaning fee, which we were aware of and accepted. Check in and check out were very easy. And when we ran out of trash bags, the host quickly dropped some off for us. Good place for families, or in my case, to stay for 6 adults hanging out, spending time with each other. Close driving distance to the beach, Cape May breweries and restaurants. Walking distance to the local coffee house. Would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Our dog had a blast and so did we. Nice walk to the bay and a short drive to Cape May beaches.

Great home!

The house was very lovely and cozy. We brought our two dogs and they absolutely loved the huge fenced in yard as did we! The fire pit was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great pet friendly place to stay near New Jersey beaches

Vacation property has really nice enclosed yard and a great deck at front door. House has 3 bedrooms, living room, cheerful family room, and very complete kitchen with washer and dryer. Rooms have cute beach decor.

Came to see our son in the Coast Guard for a couple of days. House was super clean and very cozy. Great yard in the back. It was cold for us but would be great in summer! Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, Convenient location

The house was a great fit for our short stay! 15-20min drive from everything that we wanted to do and quiet enough for us to take naps in the afternoon! The house was exactly as described with everything provided that we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house in central location

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend. The house is centrally located so that you can be just about anywhere in Cape May in 15 minutes, while being away from the crowds. The yard was nice and big for our dog to run around in and the house was definite pet friendly. We really enjoyed it here.

This newly renovated home was perfect for me, my wife, and my 14-year-old daughter. Restaurants nearby were fun and varied. Cape May was a fifteen-minute drive away! We would stay at this property again!

Labor Day vacation

Quaint little cottage with excellent yard for my pup. Well maintained and clean with an excellent location to go to the beach in the Villas and only a short drive to Cape May or Wildwood. Had excellent communication with the property manager and helped me out of a bind quickly and pleasantly. Would highly recommend This place

Cute & Convenient

Great little house with yard, bike-friendly neighborhood, playground close by. Convenient to Cape May proper. Lots of nearby good food options. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer was fantastic, hosts were very responsive. Weather wasn’t good so we didn’t use the yard but it had great potential!
