Simple, clean and well located

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip. The hotel can also be quite noisy due to street traffic and the church bells ringing on the hour throughout the night, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. It’s also worth noting that breakfast nearby costs around 9 euros for just a drink and croissant, which can quickly add up for a family of four. Overall, despite the good location and helpful staff, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time.

I really liked the very central location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. I already stayed twice in the hotel and I am planning another stay this upcoming July. Kudos to the hotel team. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely clean room with a gorgeous view helpful staff at all times. Only slight downside was we thought breakfast was slightly overpriced not that it wasn't ample.
