Son unos informales. Me avisaron muy tarde que No aceptaban mi tarjeta de debito. Cuando yo ya habia empezado el viaje. Estuve casi una semana sin wifi en un.crucero. Me entere que no tenia un alojamiento recien cuando mi avion descendio en Temuco. Por eso tuve gran lio en encontrar un alojamiento en Pucon.

We loved our day in one of the apartments, which was super spacious, had a fully equipped kitchenette, and overlooked the lake. Breakfast was ample and delivered to your room every evening for your convenience. It was nice to be just outside of the city but close enough to drive there in five minutes.

Foi muito boa! Lugar lindo, com vista maravilhosa e apartamento maravilhoso. O wifi é ruim. Entretanto me cobraram o valor de balcão e não o valor da reserva que tinha feito pelo site.

Super hotel for our family vacation

We recently travelled thru Chile as a family of 5 and had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. It was super clean, we had such a beautiful view over the lake and the free bottle of wine was just another wonderful extra which made our stay so enjoyable! We received each evening our breakfast and they loaded it up in the fridge. We loved that service because we were able to eat when we liked in the morning and hang out at the appartment. My kids really liked the rec room where they were able to run over and play basketball, fussball etc... Would always recommend it!

Special place, Beautiful setting

Wonderful hotel/cabin/apartments: the rooms have living areas, dining areas, a kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is restocked each night for the next morning’s breakfast: a basket of eggs, bread, marmalade, ham and cheese. Beautiful view of Lago Villarica and the green mountains beyond with interesting birds on the property’s grass. Great spot

Realmente uma experiência deliciosa.

Adorei o hotel. Aconchegante, vista linda, bem equipado. Vi no site pessoas reclamando do processo de café da manhã. No fim do dia, no próprio quarto, você recebe uma bandeja completíssima para preparar o café no dia seguinte. Eu achei isso o máximo. Sem hora para acordar e tomar o café em famíla com privacidade. O máximo. É necessário carro para se locomover para Pucón. Não usei outros recursos de lazer do hotel, como sauna, piscina, jogos, etc.

We enjoyed our bungalow with a view of the lake. Nice quiet setting yet close to Pucon. Even had a hot tub out front to relax at the end of a hiking day!

rundum schön

wir hatten leider Regenwetter, aber der eigene Kamin machte das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See gemütlich warm. Die rustikale Einrichtung trägt ebenso dazu bei, sich einfach nur wohl zu fühlen. Nicht auszudenken, wie es erst bei schönem Wetter gewesen wäre.

Excelente hotel para curtir com a família.

O Hotel é perfeito para curtir com a família. Quarto grande, limpo, bem decorado e muito confortável. Tem uma cozinha americana bem montada com fogão, micro-ondas, geladeira e muitos itens que ajudam. O café da manhã foi uma surpresa, pois achávamos que seria servido em um restaurante, mas não. À noite traziam o café completo e arrumavam na geladeira/cozinha para que nós nos servíssemos pela manhã. Ovos, bolo, presunto, queijo, iogurte, suco etc era farto, mas tínhamos que nos servir. Preferíamos ir ao restaurante e encontrar tudo servido. Seria melhor. Mas enfim, o fato de termos uma cozinha era bem legal, principalmente porque podíamos preparar um lanche à noite. Um ponto que podia melhorar era o sinal da internet que era fraco. Hoje em dia todo mundo precisa de internet e o sinal oscilava muito. Era chato. Tinha quadra de futebol, duas piscinas( uma aquecida) e um salão de jogos. No geral gostamos muito. O hotel fica na estrada que liga a cidade de Villarica (10 para ficar) e Pucón ( Linda mas já está muito cheia). Há 3 km de Pucón - bem pertinho. E o Vulcão!!! O que é isso! Maravilhoso.

Fuja. O hotel tem zero de serviços. A recepção fica fechada o dia quase todo; os aquecedores são ligados só quando há neve; não há café da manhã (eles dão o pó do café e ovos inteiros para você preparar, caso queira). Péssima escolha.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Buen desayuno. Seria bueno que colocaran televisores en las habitaciones ya que cada uno descansa como lo considera mejor. No pudimos usar ni el sauna ni la pileta.

Very peaceful

Excellent stay with gorgeous rooms and views. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was hit and miss (on a few occasions there were no staff) but overall a lovely place.

Excelente alternativa a precio razonable

Muy buena experiencia!! Recomendable 100%. Me dieron una suite con muy linda vista al lago, con cocina, comedor y sala estar incluida. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitacion. Queda a 5 km de Pucón lo cual queda muy cómodo para estar lejos de la multitud de la ciudad, pero de rapido acceso. La estadía es bastante privada si lo quieres. Cama super king, muy cómoda, habitación muy limpia. Lo unico malo es que el wifi no es tan potente, y que no tiene teléfono para llamar a recepción.
