Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. Hotel Chamartin The One
The receptionist was rude and abrupt on check in. We were given a disabled access room that was in very poor condition and not clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the noise from the building work at the station and from other guests kept us awake all night

Tribu Malasaña
Exceptionally friendly staff, exceptionally clean room with tea kettle and refrigerator. Great location for exploring Madrid! Immediately across from the Metro station. Staff was especially accommodating with our early check-in after a long international flight.
