"Beautiful place. Staff was fabulous! The hotel was lovely, great bed, nice patio off room. Bathtub/ shower was slippery and way too narrow and the shower head did not extend out far enough from the wall. Shower was not soothing. Only 2 electrical outlets- one low on the wall by the patio door and one in the bathroom. It made charging phones etc, challenging. Lastly the room key, even though it was a cute bell, it weighed at least a pound and was a hassle to haul around "

"All good. But the quilts are ridiculously small. I don’t quite understand why I had a quilt that was the size of a bath towel. This very much spoilt my stay somewhat!"

"The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value. "

"Everything was spot on! Fantastic hotel with private parking available, super professional check-in and the staff provided all the info clearly and with great courtesy. The room was spotless, cozy and warm. Delicious continental Breakfast. I’ll definitely be back."

"Room was clean but a shower was a bit small or actually very small I kept hitting my elbows. That was the only negative however breakfast is great"

"- clean room - very comfortable parking - personnel very professional and friendly - good variety at breakfast - only suggestion would be to be allowed to slightly open the window to change air. I am sure you have a good air conditioning system but still it’s something that could be considered"

"Room was spotless and reception staff gave a great recommendation for something to eat on Saturday night. The recommendation was close by as well."

"Liked: Nice restaurant, close to the outlet. Disliked: At night you can hear any noise from the neighboring rooms; we spent half the night listening to the neighbors and some equipment working in the hotel kitchen. Poor breakfast."
