"Great location. Apartment clean. Check in and out easy. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Great location for visits to local beaches, whuch are superb. Only negatives would be that the settees in the lounge and on the balcony were quite uncomfortable, and a large part of the balcony space was taken up by two large bikes. Otherwise a lovely stay."

"Very good welcome, all went to plan, had leak issue and was solved within the hour, excellent response. Only thing stopping a 5 score was the poor cleaning in the apartment, dust and grease issues across apartment, needs a deep clean andthen could be a 5. "

"Lovely apartment needs a little TLC but apart from that all good location is good not toFar to walk to villa martin but anywhere else you do need a car, there is a very nice Italian restaurant at the end of the road which was great. Because of the time of year we didn’t use the pool but had a walk around it is quit a big pool and looks very inviting , overall great stay communication with the owner was very easy , great check in thank you "

"Villa is located in a lovely quiet area with a stunning view over the golf course. However, the villa was NOT clean by any standards. We had to clean and bleach the villa before being able to stay. The basement was extremely dirty with bugs on the floor, an extremely strong smell of damp and the light fitting was full of bugs. Charging 160 as a cleaning charge is a joke as we left it cleaner than when we arrived The pool area is picturesque with 2 pools for 6 villas but this was ruined by the large amount of dog faeces everywhere. The next door neighbours appeared to be squatters which also made us feel uncomfortable and their dogs were roaming around the pool, also not ideal. Access to one of the balconies was blocked as the housekeeper told us that previous occupants had broken the lock . This should have been fixed. It was obvious that there hadn’t been any other occupants in recent times. "
