Oasis Mediterráneo Finestrat - Apartment with pool and parking

The flat is situated on the third floor (with a lift) in a quiet residential complex next to Cala Finestrat, in Villajoyosa. It is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable and functional living space.

Upon entering the flat, you’ll find an open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining area and living room. The open-plan kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar with high chairs, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchenware you’ll need for a practical stay.

The living room features a 135 x 190 cm sofa bed, a reclining armchair and a 55-inch Smart TV, as well as a dining table by the window, providing natural light and views of the outside.

The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm double bed and a fitted wardrobe, as well as a refurbished bathroom with a shower.

The property has air conditioning and a heat pump in the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, and a small separate room next to the kitchen housing the washer-dryer. It also includes an iron and a hairdryer.

The residential complex features a garden, a communal swimming pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. It also includes a private parking space.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living-dining room. The system also has a heating function to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must complete online registration prior to arrival via a link that will be sent a few days beforehand through the check-in website.

- Keys are handed over in person at the flat; please arrange your arrival time in advance to facilitate access.

- Before arrival, and once you have completed the compulsory tourist registration (which will be sent via a link a few days beforehand), you will receive all the necessary information to access the flat, along with practical recommendations to help you enjoy your stay.

- A damage deposit of €300 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The communal areas may be used during the designated hours, from 10.00 to 23.00.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs published.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The apartment’s location makes it easy to get around on foot for nearby activities in Cala Finestrat. The beach, promenade, restaurants, cafés and essential services are all just a short walk away, making the area both convenient and practical to explore without a car.

To visit other nearby destinations, such as Poniente Beach and central Benidorm, La Vila Joiosa, or theme parks including Terra Mítica and Terra Natura, we recommend having your own vehicle or a hire car.

Public transport is available and connects Cala Finestrat with Benidorm and other nearby towns; however, services may be less frequent and journey times longer, particularly outside the peak summer season.

Alternatively, taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available and can be a convenient option for occasional journeys to local attractions or nearby town centres.
